Withdrawal Policy
1. Introduction
This Withdrawal Policy explains how Paramount Capital Group Ltd (“Paramount”, “we”, “our” or “us”), registration number 133623, handles withdrawals and refunds from client wallets and trading accounts.
Requests are processed securely and in line with international AML and KYC standards.
2. General requirements
These rules protect both the client and Paramount:
- Withdrawals are only paid from verified accounts.
- Funds must go back to a crypto wallet in the same name as the account, and where possible on the same network used for the deposit.
- We do not send funds to third parties or to unverified wallets.
- Available balance and free margin must cover the request. Open positions may block or reduce what you can withdraw.
3. Processing times
Paramount funds and pays out in cryptocurrency only (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and USDC). We do not offer credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets or bank wires.
After approval, withdrawals are processed in a maximum of one business day, except Sundays and public holidays. Crypto is sent once the request is approved; network confirmation time is outside our control and can add delay.
Blockchain congestion, incorrect wallet details or extra AML review can extend settlement beyond that window.
4. Verification and AML
To meet AML/CTF rules:
- Full KYC must be complete before any payout.
- We may ask for extra documents (source of funds, wallet-ownership proof) when needed.
- Each request is reviewed so that funds come from a legitimate client relationship, not from unauthorised or suspicious sources.
If we see an AML breach or irregularity, the payout may be delayed or refused while we investigate.
5. Fees and charges
Paramount does not charge an internal withdrawal fee. Network (gas) fees and any converter fees are paid by the client and are deducted from the amount sent. The amount you receive is the net after those third-party costs.
6. Currency and conversion
If you withdraw in an asset different from the balance in your wallet, conversion uses the rate available at the time of processing. Paramount is not responsible for market moves or network fees applied after the transfer is broadcast.
7. Delays and rejections
We may delay or reject a request when:
- KYC is incomplete or supporting documents are missing.
- The destination wallet does not match the account holder or the deposit rail.
- A compliance or AML review is open.
- Available funds or margin are insufficient.
- Activity looks suspicious or fraudulent.
In those cases we will email you at the address on the account, or reach you via the portal, with what we need. Questions: support@paramountcapitalfx.com.
8. Refunds and reversals
Trading losses, spreads, commissions and swap charges are not refundable.
We may return a deposit to the original wallet if it was sent in error, or if a withdrawal could not be completed for regulatory or technical reasons, provided the funds have not been allocated to a trading account and used. Network fees already paid are not returned.
Refunds follow AML rules and go only to the original funding source.
9. Responsibility and acknowledgment
By requesting a withdrawal or refund you confirm that:
- You are the owner of the account and of the destination wallet.
- Payouts can only be made to a source in your name.
- AML checks can extend processing time when extra verification is required.
10. Policy updates
Paramount Capital Group Ltd may amend this policy to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. Updates are published on this website and take effect when posted. Continued use of our services means you accept the current version.
Disclaimer
