This Risk Disclosure is issued by Paramount Capital Group Ltd (“Paramount”, “we”, “our” or “us”), registration number 133623, so that clients understand the risks of trading leveraged instruments such as forex, metals, indices, energies and cryptocurrencies.

Contracts for difference (CFDs) and other margin products involve a high risk of losing money quickly and may not be suitable for every investor. Read this document before you open an account or place a trade.

Services are not available to residents of the United States or of any jurisdiction where offering them would be contrary to local law.

2. No guarantee of profit

Trading is speculative. The chance of profit sits alongside an equal or greater chance of loss. Past performance does not predict future results, and Paramount does not promise profitability or any particular outcome.

3. Leverage and margin

Leverage lets you control a larger position with a smaller amount of capital. It also magnifies losses. A small move in price can wipe out a large part of your deposit.

Eligible account types include negative balance protection, so you cannot lose more than the funds you have deposited. Losses can still be large relative to the size of the account. Use leverage with care and keep enough margin at all times.

4. Market volatility and liquidity

Prices can move quickly and without notice because of:

• Central-bank decisions
• Shifts in market sentiment
• Unexpected news

In thin or extreme markets you may see slippage, wider spreads or delayed execution. Orders can fill at a worse price than you expected, especially around news and market gaps.

5. Technical and platform risks

Paramount trades through TradeLocker on web, desktop and mobile. Even with stable infrastructure, clients accept that system failures, latency, disconnects, internet or device faults, and platform maintenance can interrupt access or execution.

We are not responsible for losses caused by technical issues outside our direct control. Keep a reliable connection and, where possible, a backup way to reach the platform.

6. Execution and pricing

Prices on the platform come from liquidity providers. In some conditions there can be a delay or a difference between the price on screen and the price at which the order is filled.

Stop-loss and limit orders are not guaranteed at the requested price in fast or illiquid markets.

7. Foreign exchange and cryptocurrency risk

If an instrument is quoted in a currency other than your account currency, FX moves can change your profit or loss.

Crypto CFDs add further risk: high volatility, lighter market regulation, and the possibility of sharp devaluation or delisting. Treat these products with extra caution.

8. Overnight and weekend risk

Positions held overnight or over weekends can gap and may incur swap (rollover) charges. Events outside regular hours can make the next open far from the previous close. Watch exposure and overnight financing.

9. Regulatory and legal risk

Changes in law, regulation or tax can affect markets and which instruments we can offer. Paramount may change leverage, restrict products or adjust trading conditions to stay compliant.

10. Limited liability and your responsibility

By trading with Paramount you accept that:
